City man charged at motel with possession of heroin with intent to sell

MANCHESTER, NH – A drug sting at a Manchester motel resulted in the arrest of  a city man for alleged sale of heroin, cocaine and suboxone.

On October 21 the New Hampshire State Police Narcotics and Investigations Unit and the Manchester Police Department Special Investigations Unit executed a search warrant at the Econo Lodge, 75 West Hancock St., Manchester.

As a result of the search warrant police arrested Paulson Papillon, 26, of Manchester, who was charged with sale of a narcotic drug (Heroin); possession with intent to distribute heroin; possession with intent to distribute cocaine; and possession with intent to distribute suboxone.

On October 22 Papillon was arraigned in the  9th Circuit Court District Division Manchester and was held on $10,000 cash bail or surety.  A probable cause hearing date has was set for November 9, 2015.
