5 arrested by MPD as part of ongoing Operation Granite Hammer initiative

MANCHESTER, NH — Five people were arrested by Manchester Police Nov. 19 in another round-up under Operation Granite Hammer.

The initiative is part of  Manchester Police Department’s Special Enforcement Division in conjunction with NH State Police Narcotics Investigation Unit and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.

Arrested were: Promice Fannon, homeless, 29, charged with prostitution; Randall Young, 52, 84 Karatzas Ave. Apt. 106, illegal possession of prescription drugs; Christopher Jolicoeur, 32, of 43 Clark Rd., Londonderry, charged on warrants with theft by deception and receiving stolen property; Charles Ali, 29, of 63 Goffe St., Manchester, charged with possession of a controlled drug (two counts) heroin and marijuana; and Alfred Rose, 48, of 246 Main Street, Apt. 1, Manchester, charged with possession of a controlled drug (marijuana).
