3 charged with criminal mischief after caught spray-painting CVS

MANCHESTER, NH –  Three men charged with criminal mischief after they were apprehended for allegedly spray painting the Mammoth Road CVS building and Dumpster.

On October 20 at 9:50 p.m., Officers Brendan Langton and Ryan Boynton responded to CVS Pharmacy, 271 Mammoth Road, for a report of three subjects spray painting the building.

When the officers arrived they found fresh paint markings on the building and Dumpster. While investigating, they heard and saw the three individuals attempting to leave the area on a wooded footpath in the rear of CVS. The officers identified themselves and the three suspects fled on foot. After a brief chase, all three subjects were apprehended and found to still be in possession of the paint cans.

Cody Loos, 20,  and Jeffrey Newey, 21,both of Manchester, were charged with Criminal Mischief and Resisting Arrest. Anthony Dow, 19, also of Manchester, was scheduled to be arraigned on October 21 in the 9th Circuit Court, District of Manchester to answer to the charges of Criminal Mischief, Resisting Arrest and Violation of Bail Conditions.
