MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester Police Department’s Special Enforcement Division arrested two people on June 2 and seized $26,000 in drugs, the culmination of a two-month long drug investigation.

Detectives located Victoria Dubbe, 33, of Manchester, New Hampshire outside of 1101 Elm Street approximately 1:10 p.m. while preparing to execute a search warrant in apartment #306.

Detectives placed her into custody for 2 counts-possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute and 2 counts-sale of a controlled drug.

Detectives then executed the search warrant and located and arrested Dshawn Collins, 41, of Springfield, Mass., inside of apartment 306 of 1101 Elm Street.

Collins was charged with 2 counts-possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute. Both subjects appeared in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on June 3, 2016.

Investigators located and seized; 162.8grams of crack cocaine (value $16,200), 42 grams of cocaine (value $4,200) and 65.6 grams of heroin (value $6,500).
